Packaging should fit the size and shape of the contents (i.e. don’t use a shoebox for a blazer). Make sure the box closes properly and easily. Select your parcel size carefully when paying for your shipment. You won’t be able to change it later.
Protect your parcel’s contents
Use sturdy outer packaging, ideally a cardboard box with thick, self-adhesive tape to seal the seams. Add enough cushioning filler inside to keep fragile items from moving around during transit. To protect from dirt and dampness, wrap contents in a reusable or recycled plastic bag.
Get your shipping label ready
If you receive a printable label, attach it to a flat side of the parcel and don’t cover the barcode with sticky tape. If you receive a digital label, just have it ready to scan on your phone. No printer needed!
